The Geller Group offers law firms, accounting firms, property and casualty brokers, and other business advisors the opportunity to participate in the plan asset business without a registered representative license or an investment advisor registration. We pay annual referral fees on a quarterly basis to our paid solicitors pursuant to a written agreement and disclosure statement, including:

• Empower Plan Sponsors to choose plan asset investments without restrictions, recieve a full service solution and control the revenue and expenses associated with their retirement plans.
  
  
• Single Source Solution to effect cost containment, reduce fiduciary liability, implement fiscal processes, monitor plan compliance and enhance plan benefits for plan sponsors.
  
  
• Our Professional Services Organization consults on all plan documentation, administration, recordkeeping, auditing, actuarial, investment advisory, employee communications and compliance matters for each client's retirement plan referred to us by a Paid Solicitor.
