At the Geller Group, we recognize that nothing is more important than insuring a seamless transition from one 401(k) service platform to another. That's why our experienced and professional conversion team will work with you to help insure that schedules are met and your role is simplified. To further insure a smooth transition, the Geller Group assigns a Conversion Specialist to be your "single point of contact" throughout the process. We help plan sponsors achieve a smooth conversion and effect simplified administration.
Registered Investment Advisors establish strategic alliances with the Geller Group enabling them to focus on managing assets and growing their business. We offer Investment Advisors affiliated with the Fidelity and Schwab platforms the ability to bill their fee or have their fee charged to plan assets.
Brokers establish strategic alliances with the Geller Group enabling them to focus on managing assets and growing their businesses. We offer broker-friendly platforms through MG Trust, Nationwide and Fidelity, and the direct payment of commissions.
The Geller Group offers law firms, accounting firms, property and casualty brokers, and other business advisors the opportunity to participate in the plan asset business without a registered representative license or an investment advisor registration. We pay annual referral fees on a quarterly basis to our paid solicitors pursuant to a written agreement and disclosure statement.
Our web technology provides investment guidance to help plan participants make the difficult savings and investment decisions required by their participation in a self-directed defined contribution plan. Our web technology utilizes our recordkeeping system including the participant's 401(k) deferral rate, account balance and plan asset investment values to recommend specific asset class allocations and 401(K) deferral rates.
Participants have two methods of accessing their retirement plan-the touch-tone telephone service or the interactive Web site.
Provide hands-on management, meet with plan sponsors and investment professionals to strengthen client relationships, conduct fiduciary reviews at least annually and provide hands-on management.

Prepare checks, issue IRS Form 1099-R, effect tax withholding and coordinate with IRA custodians.

Prepare valuations, issue actuarial certifications and calculate benefits for defined benefit plans and design enhanced defined contribution plans.
We support auditors of qualified plans subject to independent accoutants' opinions and ERISA's reporting requirements.
Provide on-site enrollment services and ongoing participant education, and conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with plan participants.
